Each session starts with a conversation concerning your goals for your specific needs – pain relief, relaxation, or both. Your session may include a warm table, hot moist towels, and aromatherapy at no extra charge. You may also request warm socks or mitts to warm cold toes and fingers. Choose a 30 or 60-minute session.
